We all know Japan is getting the ps vita on 12/17/11. U.S. & UK doesn't have a release date, but Amazon, Gamestop, & Best Buy has the release date of 12/31/11 for us. What do u think? I hope that its true, so we don't have to wait till next year to get the ps vita.

It's not. It's a placeholder. It's been confirmed a thousand times that it's coming out in 2012 for everyone but japan.
